N-GAGE GRIPS

I have been going to the gym for 7-8 years. These grips help with range of motion. They also help with shoulder and/or joint pain. I find them most helpful with bench press.

This company saw that I ordered double and emailed me to ask if I intended to order double the order. I said no and it was taken care of immediately

Little flimsy

Not sure if they are going to work for everyone, but for my specific shoulder issue, definitely got me back to benchpress with much improved pain. I still can’t go as heavy as I would like, but can definitely do more than I have been doing, which is much appreciated.

Very nice when used on bench press and straight bar curls. Really any exercise that you would do with a barbell feels 10x better and more effective with these grips. Would give 10 stars if that was an option.

The pro sized grips allowed me to lift heavier without shoulder pain.

I like them but im a bigger guy and i found them too small for my hands. I plan to return these and buy the Pros. I went with thr EZs because they were slightly cheaper and i thought the size difference wouldn’t matter but it did.
