Returns
We have a 60-Day Return & Refund Policy and a 10-Year Warranty Exchange Policy. The 60-Day Return & Refund Policy covers issues of dissatisfaction in our products within 60 days of purchase. The 10-year Warranty Exchange Policy covers issues of unexpected wear, tear, damage, or defects to the products and returns under this policy will result in an exchange of products (not a refund).
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund under the 60-Day Satisfaction Return & Refund Policy your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
10-year Warranty Exchange Policy
To be eligible for an exchange under the 10-year Warranty Exchange Policy your item must be returned in full (no missing parts or pieces) and it must have no signs of vandalism, purposeful damage, or use of the product outside of it's intended use.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new product will be sent to the address on your original order or an updated address provided by you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
We will cover the cost of shipping to return your item. Shipping costs for returns being shipped from outside the US will be covered by you. The cost of shipping your original order is non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
