I love them !!
I never used any grip training equipment so it’s going to take a bit to get use to. But it does put wrist in proper position where it doesn’t feel like wrist or over torqued.
They don’t fit my bar
Hi Terry! Thanks for the honest review. Really sorry they didn't work out for you. Our grips were designed to fit olympic-style barbells which can be anywheref from 28mm to 32mm in diameter. There is no gap at the grip opening with a 28mm bar, and a slight gap with the 30mm+ bars. Although there is a gap with the larger bars, they are still completely functional and safe to use (when used properly). However, if you have a 1 inch bar - the kind with a threaded 1 inch weight sleeve, then the grip bore will be too big and unsafe to use. If this is the case, please send me an email at matt@ngagegrips.com and we'll process a return for you! We don't want to hanging onto the grips if they didn't work for you! They work! I've used them twice since I got them. The pain from the straight bar on curls and reverse curls is gone.
