N-Gage grips

I was skeptical at first but now I wish I would’ve bought them sooner. Great for the wrist / grip and even better on the rope pull downs

Great product! Literally helps with every movment. Lap pull downs, bicep curls reverse pull downs you name it. It definitely helps. No straps needed.

Better then expected

Simpler amazing! I did back and arms and used them for every exercise. They exceed expectations by far! I’m 55 and definitely helps alleviate the pains from certain angles! I showed everybody in the gym they loved it. I should be one of your sales persons lol. Great product thank you

Meh

These are just not comfortable to lift with. They change to size of your grip dramatically. This actually lead to worse results for me. I’m not a fan! Maybe others will have better results. My hands aren’t huge and maybe that’s the issue I dunno. I liked the idea of a change in grip geometry, but it just seems to miss the mark for me.

Hi Eric! We just saw and responded to your facebook comment as well. Thanks for trying them out! Sorry you don’t love them. Definitely shoot us an email if you want to return them and get your money back. You have 60 days from the purchase date to make that decision though. Just in case you want to play around with them a bit more.

Be sure you’re getting them angled on the bar correctly. We’ve had some customers put them on backwards and that will definitely put some strain on your wrist.

If you’re using them for bench press, make sure the grip opening is facing toward the ceiling (away from your body while pressing) and put the “O” grip in your right hand and “X” grip in your left. Squeeze the grips tightly and maintain a strong wrist (don’t let the weight push your hand too far back).

You might also try rotating about 1/8 of a turn forward so that the grip opening is facing a little more toward the wall in front of you while benching. This will also help take more strain off your wrists.

If you’re using them on other lifts, I’d encourage you to play around with different angles and grip widths for a few weeks. The added thickness can take some getting used to, but it’s great for your overall arm strength and size development.

Again though, don’t hesitate to let us know if you’d just rather return them!

Wrist pain = gone

These things have transformed my lifting. I have arthritis in my wrists, and even with wraps, barbell curls on my Tonal were torture. These grips changed that immediately.
