Workout improvement

I have trouble with internal wrist rotation which causes significant pain with straight bar lifts. Changing the grip angle reduces pain and improves my results. They work as I expected. Thanks.

lol I haven't even gotten them yet.

Slowest shipping on the planet. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still no sign of anything. Funny how you ask for review before they even arrive.

Oh no! Sorry about that, Adam. Thanks for letting us know. You placed your order on a Saturday evening and we shipped it out the next business day morning using UPS Ground which has a 2-3 day delivery estimate. Unfortunately, it looks like your package was stuck in UPS's system for several days. This doesn't happen often, but it does happen. I know it's frustrating. It frankly pisses us off too, so we feel you. I'm going to refund your shipping fee as well as 10% of your order (that's a total of $8.95 refund) to hopefully make up for the horrible buying experience. Please let us know what you think of the grips after you finally receive them.

Both grips have Os.

The grips are supposed to be opposing. 1 X, 1 O . I got 2 Os. Other than that they seem to work as described, although my gym has odd sized bars. So the grips are too small for some, too large for others. They fit perfectly on my bars at home.

Hi Doug! Thanks for letting us know that you received two 'Os'. That's our mistake! We'll be shipping out a PRO 'X' grip to you first thing tomorrow morning. No need to return/exchange the extra 'O'. Sorry again, but glad you're enjoying the grips!
