My thoughts

I absolutely love the smaller ones. It definitely has a better feel to my bench. The bigger ones are too big buy for a really big dude they my fir better. The smaller ones however definitely give my wrist a better feel on the bench press and am looking forward to using them on rows.

Great product

I have been going to the gym for 7-8 years. These grips help with range of motion. They also help with shoulder and/or joint pain. I find them most helpful with bench press.

Great product

Not sure if they are going to work for everyone, but for my specific shoulder issue, definitely got me back to benchpress with much improved pain. I still can’t go as heavy as I would like, but can definitely do more than I have been doing, which is much appreciated.

Very nice when used on bench press and straight bar curls. Really any exercise that you would do with a barbell feels 10x better and more effective with these grips. Would give 10 stars if that was an option.
