As a certified gym bro...buy these

I bought these for my crew and I so we could spice up the gym from time to time. After two different days the variations the grips add to anything with a dumbbell or straight bar is crazy. Definitely a good pick up for 40 bucks.

Great feel

N-Gage grips definitely change the game. Wrist and shoulders can take on heavier loads. A little awkward at first but after a week you’ll adjust quickly . Don’t think I’ll go back to the traditional way.

Didnt work for us

Grips didn't for most of the bars we had and the grip itself was unnatural. Not a fan.
